Design Studio Receptionist

Lifetime Home Services is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Design Studio Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our showroom and support our growing team of designers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced design environment. As the first point of contact for customers, you will help create an exceptional experience while assisting with administrative support for our window treatment and custom organization teams.

Customer experience & front desk support

• Welcome and greet customers entering the design studio.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries professionally.
• Provide a warm, positive first impression for all visitors.
• Assist customers with general questions and showroom coordination.

Payments & order coordination

• Accept occasional customer payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate customer pickups for shelves, accessories, and other materials.
• Communicate with customers regarding order readiness and pickup scheduling.

Designer & administrative support

• Assist designers with data entry for window treatment and custom closet projects.
• Help maintain accurate customer records and project details.
• Support scheduling, order processing, and general office organization.
• Ensure project information is entered accurately and efficiently.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred.
• Experience in design, home services, retail showroom, or construction-related industries is a plus — but not required.
